Our philosophy
At Skyview Learning Group, Inc we offer a true end to end solution. We believe if we’re going to help people transform their lives they will need support, both in and out of the classroom and that the support should not end when the class does. Once one of our clients is placed in a job at a participating employer, we require weekly reporting from the employer for the first ninety days. We track how our client is adjusting to the job, performing in their new role, and their attitude and appearance. This is both for the benefit of our client as well as our partner employers. If our client is not performing up to standards or having difficulty in their new role, SkyView Learning Group’s staff will intervene to help get our client get back on track and successful in their new career.
Our Curriculum
When creating our Curriculum we work directly with participating employers, social service agencies and community groups. This collaboration ensures that the clients we are servicing are getting the type of support they need and that the employers are getting an employee that has the work skills and knowledge needed to be a successful employee.

Mission
SkyView Learning Group’s mission is to train and develop individuals that are currently underemployed, unemployed or receiving social services. We offer certificate level training targeting underserved communities and occupations as designated by the Department of Labor and employers. Our relationships with employers, Social Services agencies and other stakeholders in the community have allowed us to create Best In Class, End To End vocational training and personal empowerment solutions.
